BELONGING
is an INSIDE JOB

It begins the moment a leader stops dividing herself to earn it.

Come in.

Becoming UNDIVIDED

The person you have been editing out is the leader they have been waiting for.

You dropped parts of yourself on the way here.

Not all of you. Just the parts that did not translate. The parts that did not fit the room. The parts you thought would cost you something if you let them be seen.

Then you built a life around the parts that did fit. And it worked. It is still working. That is the part nobody warns you about.

This is why you feel exhausted or empty, despite your external success.

Becoming Undivided is what happens when you stop. When the version of you that was built for other people's comfort loosens the mask. When the boldness inside and the smallness outside stop fighting and start converging. When belonging stops being something you search for and becomes something you inhabit.

You come home to yourself, you stop trying to fit into the rooms and you become the room where everyone wants to belong.

That sense of all-rightness and wholeness ripples into your company, family and community–creating waves of impact, connection, wellness and accelerated growth.

Belonging has been filed under feelings. But, it is the most underestimated strategy in the room.

FITTING IN is not BELONGING

Fitting in is the exhausting work of changing who you are to match the room.

When you stop trying to fit into the room, you become the room where other people belong.

YOUR BLEND is the BELONGING

Three rooms. One conversation. The one you have been having along, in your head.

ADVISORY

A private, customized process and ecosystem for the ambitious and visionary woman who wants to create belonging within, and translate that to every area of her life.

RETREATS

Small rooms. Long tables. Real connection. For leaders ready to loosen the mask to accelerate personal well being and company growth.

COMMUNITY

Gatherings for women who get that the inner work is the work that scales their impact, influence and fulfillment. Together, we reflect and hone.

On her stages, Jessica says it this way:

“You think showing all of yourself is the risk. It is the return.”

Jessica is the Founder and CEO of TCS Interpreting, one of the largest ASL interpreting and captioning companies in the country, built from her parents' legacy into a business serving the federal government, Fortune 100 enterprises, and the Deaf community her family has belonged to for three generations.

She is a CODA. A mother of four. A wife. An entrepreneur. A woman who built a multimillion-dollar company without a roadmap, a mentor, or external funding.

She speaks internationally on the most underestimated force in leadership: belonging. Not as an initiative. As the condition every other initiative depends on.
