CREATING EQUITABLE ACCESS

THROUGH INNOVATION

Jessica is passionate about building a better world — and bringing together the people that spark it into being. Making a difference begins with connection and building communities generates deeper wells of understanding, value and inclusivity. Her business career has been forged around creating equitable access, and she believes in empowering others by helping them discover their own story and capabilities.

Leading from a place of curiosity and a commitment to serving others, Jessica strives to form communities that dedicate their time, energy and talent to creating equitable access. Jessica brings her entrepreneurial acumen and empathy to speaking, storytelling, consulting, connecting, and mentoring innovators and business owners of all stages. She forged her career around positive change due to her own upbringing as a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), with American Sign Language being her first language.
